Yes. Machine wash cold or delicate cycle. Tumble dry low. Make sure to detach the changing pad from the diaper changing bag before washing to prevent tear in the seams. If you have a standalone changing pad, it can go into the wash and/or dry as one piece.

Our products are designed to be machine washable, but are subject to normal wear and tear. This is why we also made the pad areas of our diaper bags and changing pads wipeable – the PUL portion of the changing pad can be wiped with diaper wipes or with a wet paper towel after each use. And remember, like any material, fabric can fade over time.

Yes and no. The outer fabric and inner fabric lining on our diaper bags are cotton and can be ironed on low iron if necessary. The bottom/outer cotton fabric on the changing pad can also be ironed, but the PUL part of the changing pad CANNOT be ironed. Do not iron over any logo(s) or label(s).



Returns & Exchanges

We’re sorry to hear you want to process a return, but you submit a request using our contact form.

We have a 30-day return policy (from ship date). Once you receive your order, we encourage you to inspect it. Do not wash your items yet. If you are not happy with your order (we’re pretty sure you’ll love it), you can send it back to us within 30-days (from date of shipment). Refunds will only be issued after receipt of returned item & inspection of cleanliness and non-use.

We take extra care in inspecting our products while we hand make your item and before packaging it for shipping, but we’d be happy too exchange it for you, if your order has a manufacturing defect. We’ll need a photo of the damage sent to us, so be sure to take a clear photo of the defect then contact us to initiate an exchange. Please do not use the product as we’ll need you to ship it back to us in it’s original packaging and condition.

We issue refunds via the same method the original payment was made minus shipping & handling. If you placed a custom order a restocking fee of 25% will be applied and your refund will be less the 25% restocking fee.

Items must be returned in same condition it was shipped and in the same packaging. This means the item(s) cannot have been used or worn, has not been washed and has no traces of odor such as perfumes, smoke, pets, etc. We will also provide you with a return order form. Be sure to keep a copy for yourself and place a copy into your return shipment.

We are happy to provide shipping for returns or exchanges due to manufacturing defect.

Yes, but we do not refund any customs & duties taxes incurred for international orders.



Shipping

Diaper bags are MADE TO ORDER and ship 3-5 weeks from the time payment is received with the exception of custom orders which take 4-6 weeks depending on the customer’s requirements.

Changing pads are MADE TO ORDER (unless otherwise noted in listing) and ship 2 weeks from the time payment is received with exception to custom orders.

These items have READY TO SHIP listed in the item description area of the listing and ship within 2-3 business days from the time payment is received.

We ship our orders via USPS. You can select your choice of shipping via First Class, Priority or Express during checkout.

All orders are shipped to the address we receive in the ”ship to” transaction detail during checkout. Please be sure the address is accurate and up to date with the correct shipping information. This ensures your product is delivered in a timely fashion. Packages returned with incorrect shipping address will be reshipped at the cost of the customer. Customer will be billed for the additional shipping fees.

We haven’t had any issues so far, but we’d be happy to initiate a claim for you with the USPS. Unfortunately, we don’t have any magic powers to ensure the USPS will approve your claim for a refund.

All Items are shipped in a cardboard shipping box or bubble envelope. If you have multiple items in an order, we package them together in one shipment. And because we love packaging our orders, all orders are wrapped with tissue paper & raffia then placed in clear plastic wrap. If your order is a gift, shipping direct to the recipient & you would like to include a short gift message we’d be happy to do so. Just add your short message in the “notes” section during checkout.
